Where do you find your babysitters?

Most of our sitters are recommended by current artist babysitting members. We also accept recommendations from our parents and other respected community members. We are always on the look out for artists interested in creative outlets specifically focused on children’s artistic exploration. In order for them to become a member we require references, a completed background check and a certificate showing completion of infant and child CPR.

What does it cost?

There is a booking fee based on how often you use our service and the sitters charge an hourly rate depending on their experience and the number of children in your family. Call or email our agency for specific details.

Can I request a particular babysitter?

Yes! If you found someone that you really enjoy we will do everything we can to make sure that you receive that sitter as often as possible.

How do I pay for the babysitter?

You will pay your babysitter directly at the end of the allotted time. Please pay your sitter in cash. Our sitters offer babysitting starting at $19.00 per hour. Our sitters require a 3 hour minimum per booking and require a 24hr cancellation notice. If it is after 10:00 pm you must also provide money for a cab ride home ($10 minimum), and after 1AM, full cab fare to the sitter’s home.

Do your sitters do any other household chores while they are babysitting?

Yes, they can. This is an arrangement that is determined individually for each family and babysitter. The babysitter’s hourly rate can change depending on what your needs are for your kids as well as other chores you might request (ie. cleaning, laundry, extensive cooking, phone calls, etc.).
