Three Words that Best Describe Camille:  Open minded, Compassionate, Hardworking

Artistry and Special Skills:  Acting, Arts & Crafts, Improvisation, Animal Care, Sports, Design, Baking

Camille hails from Queens, New York.  She played volleyball and tennis in high school and was part of their Leaders Organization which included volunteer work among the community. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from Queens College.  She also speaks Tagalog and is currently pursuing fluency in Spanish.

Childcare Experience:  Camille grew up with three older brothers and has a special knack for creating imaginative games and stories.  She has always been the go to person for babysitting among her family and friends due to her responsible, yet fun and adventurous nature.  Always open to learning opportunities, she favors thinking outside the box and engaging each child on a level that is suited to their own unique personality. In addition to tutoring and babysitting her neighbors’ kids at the age of twelve, she has been a camp counselor at Park Shore Country Day Camp for preschoolers and elementary school children.  As a child who grew up in the 90’s, Camille also loves the idea of kids enjoying “old school” activities such board games, dress up, hopscotch, 3D boards, and more!

Personal Interests:  Acting aside, Camille loves to travel and explore different places and cultures.  She is also an animal lover who’s grown up with a diverse group of pets (kudos to mom and dad!). One of her two family dogs is from NSALA, an animal shelter in Long Island that she’s been involved with for over eight years and is still an active associate of.  Camille also loves the outdoors, dancing, singing (karaoke!), documentaries, home designing, and squeezing in books between subway rides.

Personal Quote:  “Whether you think you can or you can’t—you’re right” -Henry Ford
